For buyer's agents
Stop chasing whispers. Start receiving qualified deal flow.
Off-market access in Australia has always been about whose phone rings first. Bidline replaces the favour economy with structure: define your clients' briefs once, and every new off-market listing — anywhere in the country — is scored against them and appears in your matches when it fits. Then bid under a verified mandate, in a round where the rules are written down.
Brief matching
Your briefs work while you sleep.
Set a brief per client: suburbs, property type, beds, budget band, yield floor, timeline. When a selling agent posts a matching listing, it lands in your feed in real time — before any phone chain would have reached you.
- Listings carry mandatory yield figures plus interior and exterior video, so you can qualify a deal from your desk.
- Supporting documents — lease, rates, strata, planning, DA — unlock once your client mandate is verified.
- Building-and-pest badges are visible on the card, not buried in a PDF.

What the listing agent sees: your name and agency, the tier band, and the expiry date. Never your client's identity, lender, or exact approval amount.
Client mandates
Verified mandates. Sealed identities.
For each client you lodge a mandate: their legal details, identity documents, and pre-approval evidence. Our admin team verifies the lot and assigns a banded finance tier with an expiry date. From then on, you act for that client on platform.
The listing agent sees that a verified buyer's agent is bidding under a verified mandate of a given tier — nothing more. Your client's identity is protected through the whole round and is never exposed to the selling side. That is the confidentiality your engagement letter promises, enforced by the platform rather than by goodwill.
Bidding under mandate
Bid to the cap. Every bid on the record.
Tier cap, platform-enforced
You can bid up to your client's verified tier cap — the platform enforces it, so a round can never carry you past what the mandate supports.
Bids carry terms, not just price
Every bid records settlement days, deposit percentage, and conditions alongside the amount. Sellers compare whole offers; your clean-terms bid competes on more than the number.
Immutable by design
Bids cannot be edited or quietly withdrawn. Your client's position in the round is exactly what the audit chain says it is — and so is everyone else's.
Four formats, one workflow
Open / Live Bidding, Sealed / Tender with best-and-final, Contact agent listings with no bid round, and EOI rounds for development sites. Same mandate, same paddle, same record.
Stay in the round
Outbid at 7.12pm, on the record at 7.12pm.
Bidline installs as an app on your phone, so an outbid alert has a phone to go to rather than only an inbox. When a client's position is outbid the round says so, and when a live round enters its closing window the round says that too — and anti-snipe dynamic close means a last-second bid extends the clock rather than ending the contest.
No refreshing a portal, no waiting for a courtesy call that may not come. Every bidder reads the same round, in the same state, at the same time.

A level field
The same rules bind every paddle — including yours.
In a phone chain, you never know whether the “other offer” exists. In a Bidline round, every bid sits on a SHA-256 hash-chained audit log retained for as long as Australian record-keeping law requires. Identities are paddle-masked for everyone; the listing agent learns who is behind a paddle only on acceptance. If a result is ever disputed, the per-round integrity pack shows precisely what happened, in order, untampered.
That cuts both ways, deliberately. You cannot be ghost-bid against, and your bids carry the same weight as any local's. Read more about the audit model on the trust page.
