Pricing
Aligned with the deal, not the listing.
Portals charge to publish and resell your leads back to you. Bidline charges a flat subscription and a small, capped success fee that only exists when a deal completes. No listing fees. No lock-in. And Bidline never touches deposits or settlement funds.
Founding 100 — selling agents
The first 100 selling agents on Bidline pay nothing — not for a year, for good. Founding terms are locked to your licence for the life of the platform. When Year 2 pricing begins for everyone else, yours does not change.

Success fee
0.25–0.5% on completed deals. Capped at A$3,000.
The success fee applies only when a deal completes — not when you list, not when a round runs, not when bids arrive. It scales gently with the sale price and stops hard at A$3,000, so the platform's upside on any single deal is bounded and knowable in advance.
Compare that with what an unstructured phone round costs a vendor in missed bidders and undocumented process, and the alignment is the point: Bidline earns when a deal actually closes well.
WORKED EXAMPLES
Typical sale
Under the A$3,000 cap — paid in full
Larger sale
The cap always wins
Round passes in, no completion
What you never pay
The portal playbook, deliberately absent.
No listing fees
Publishing a listing costs nothing on any plan. Unlimited listings are the baseline, not an upsell.
No lead reselling
Your buyer enquiries are yours. Bidline never packages interest in your listings and sells it back to you — or to anyone else.
No settlement handling
Bidline never holds deposits or settlement funds. Contracts and money move off-platform, between the parties and their lawyers.
No lock-in
Subscriptions are month to month. Leave whenever you like and take your audit records with you.
Pricing questions
The four we hear most.
What exactly do founding terms lock in?
A$0 subscription for the life of the platform, attached to the licence of each of the first 100 selling agents approved. The standard success fee on completed deals still applies — founding status removes the subscription, not the alignment.
Who pays the success fee, and when?
The fee is invoiced to the selling agent's side when a deal sourced through a Bidline round completes. It is 0.25–0.5% of the sale price, capped at A$3,000. If the round passes in or the contract never completes, there is no fee.
Why are buyer's agents priced higher than selling agents?
Buyer's agents bid across many rounds for multiple verified client mandates, so they draw on the platform's verification and bidding infrastructure far more broadly than a single listing agent does. The price reflects usage, not status.
Will consumer buyers ever be charged?
No. Verified consumer buyers register, verify, watch, and bid at no cost. Charging buyers to participate would shrink the bidder pool — the one thing every vendor on the platform is paying for.

One hundred founding places. Then the meter starts.
Selling agents who join now pay A$0 forever. Everyone else waits for Year 2 pricing.
