Spam Act statement

Version: v0.1-draft · Effective: pending lawyer sign-off

1. Purpose

This draft explains how Bidline treats commercial electronic messages, invitations, waitlist updates, product notifications, and user-to-user messages under the Spam Act 2003 and related Australian privacy expectations.

2. Permitted messaging

Bidline may send account, verification, security, audit, product, and waitlist messages where they are necessary for the service, requested by you, or supported by consent. Product messages must identify Bidline and include a practical way to unsubscribe where required.

3. User-to-user conduct

Users must not use Bidline to send bulk unsolicited messages, scrape contact details, bypass privacy choices, pressure participants outside a permitted round, or send misleading, harassing, or unlawful content.

4. Consent and opt-out

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. We will action unsubscribe requests within the timeframe required by law. Service-critical messages, such as verification or security notices, may still be sent while your account remains active.

5. Enforcement

We may restrict messaging, pause accounts, remove content, or terminate access where we believe Bidline is being used for spam, harassment, misleading conduct, or unlawful outreach.

6. Reporting abuse

Report unwanted or suspicious messages to support@keenshift.ai. Include the message, sender, timestamp, and any relevant context so we can investigate.

7. Contact

Spam Act and messaging questions can be sent to support@keenshift.ai.

This is a staging draft. Final messaging and Spam Act terms will be published on this page before public launch, with a revised effective date, and Bidline sends notice of a material change to the email address on your account.
