Security & data handling

Version: v0.1-draft · Effective: pending lawyer sign-off

1. Overview

Bidline handles sensitive property, identity, licence, and finance evidence. Our security program is designed around least privilege, auditability, encryption, and Australian data residency for core platform records.

2. Data protection

Platform data is stored in AWS Sydney with encryption at rest. Browser traffic uses HTTPS. Sensitive verification documents are stored separately from public marketing content and are protected by restricted application access.

3. Access controls

Administrative access is limited to team members who need it for verification, support, safety, or compliance work. Access is reviewed, logged where practical, and removed when no longer required.

4. Verification document handling

Licence, agency, developer, and pre-approval documents are used to make verification decisions and maintain audit evidence. We do not publish those documents to other users unless a product flow explicitly says a document is being reviewed or shared.

5. Vulnerability disclosure

If you believe you have found a security issue, email support@keenshift.ai. Please do not access, modify, delete, or disclose another person's data while reporting.

6. Incident response

We investigate credible security reports, preserve relevant audit evidence, and notify affected users or regulators where required by the Privacy Act, Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, or other applicable obligations.

7. Contact

Security and data-handling questions can be sent to support@keenshift.ai.

This is a staging draft. Final security and data-handling terms will be published on this page before public launch, with a revised effective date, and Bidline sends notice of a material change to the email address on your account.
